Posados in Longview

The Posados at 110 Triple Creek Dr. in Longview was our lunchtime stop. They were a little busy but we got a table immediately. The wait staff was prompt with taking our order and bringing our drinks. It took a little longer than expected to get our food but it wasn't too long. The food was great and cooked perfect. It is hard to find properly cooked rice at a lot of Mexican food restaurants but they nailed the rice! I would definitely go back to that Posados again.
