Charlie's BBQ

  Charlie's BBQ located on the square at 208 Commerce street in Frankston. We had a wide range of BBQ and sides to try so we chose pulled pork, hot links, and chopped beef. The sides consisted of the tater salad, pinto beans, and cole slaw. The meat in every case was cooked perfectly and was moist. The BBQ sauce I thought was different than most I have tasted in other BBQ establishments. The BBQ sauce at Charlie's complimented the food instead of overwhelming the flavor of the meat. I tried his Hot BBQ sauce and although it was a little hot the flavor of the sauce and the meat could still be enjoyed. If you are around Frankston, stop by Charlies' BBQ and pick up some great BBQ and they also have enough room in their restaurant to seat your co-workers for lunch.
